During our cooking classes, the chef will share with you all the secrets to cooking authentic Italian recipes using all the main ingredients of our kitchen.
You can learn how to make a perfect Italian dressing, homemade pasta, gnocchi, pizza and many other delights.
The lesson lasts about three hours, with its tasting, you can learn how to prepare a typical cuisine with 4 dishes (aperitif, appetizer, main dish and dessert), which is the typical Mediterranean Italian cuisine.
The school offers 3-hour cooking classes, and 2-day programs / 3 days / 4 days all inclusive for couples or groups. Ulisse cooking school is open from May to September for a minimum of 2 people
