How to get Ulisse Deluxe Hostel

The Ulisse Deluxe Hostel is a few steps away from Sorrento’s historical centre, close to the shores and fishing villages of Marina Grande.

The Hostel is well connected with all types of transportation, bus stops are steps aways from the hostel, a 10 minute walk will take you to the train station which departs trains every 20 minutes that serve the famous Pompei and Herculeneum. The port of Sorrento is also five minutes away, where you can catch a hydrofoil or ferry to Capri, Ischia and Naples.

By air: From the International Capodichino airport in Naples a Curreri bus service exclusively for the Sorrentine Peninsula is available right outside the arrival section which will connect you directly to the city of Sorrento.

By train: From the Central Train Station in Naples the local railway service (Circumvesuviana) departs for the Sorrento station every 20-30 minutes. Sorrento is the last stop on the line. The journey takes approximately 70 minutes. Once the train stops in Sorrento you can reach the Hostel by walking, directions below:

Exiting the train station:

Take steps down and then cross two small streets to Corso Italia (main street).

Turn left and walk, passing the main square (TASSO SQUARE). Continue walking on the main street until you reach the Hospital.Facing the Hospital, look for the small steps on your left. Go down the steps and walk down the street until you see the Ulisse , on your left. Approximately 700 meters (20 minutes by walk)

By car: From motorway/highway A3 Napoli-Pompei-Salerno (look for indications “penisola sorrentina”), continue driving for 25km then take the Castellammare di Stabia exit and follow the signs for Sorrento. Upon your arrival in Sorrento continue straight on to Via degli Aranci until you reach crossroads with Via del Capo on your left and the road for Marina Grande on your right; from here turn right and proceed down the street for 15m, the Ulisse parking lo twill be right in front of you, the Ulisse Deluxe Hostel on your left.

By hydrofoil/ferry: sailings year round depart from Molo Beverello, main port in Naples to Marina Piccola, port in Sorrento. Once you arriva at the port in Sorrento, the Hostel is located 1km away, easily reachable on foot.

By taxi: You can book a taxi directly calling our reception or sending us an e-mail . We can arrange a transfer service to and from the main airport, port and railway of the area.
