How to get Ulisse Deluxe Hostel

The Ulisse Deluxe Hostel is found a few steps from Sorrento’s historical centre, close to the fishing village of Marina Grande.

The Hostel is well connected with all modes of transport, a few meters from the hotel you can find the bustop, while a 10 minute walk you can find the train station which serves Pompeii and Herculeneum and the port or Sorrento where you can catch a hydrofoil to Capri, Ischia and Naples.

Thanks to the hotels underground garage you can reach the hotel by car without having to worry about finding a parking place.

By air: From the International Capodichino airport in Naples a Curreri bus service is available which connects the airport to the city of Sorrento.

It is also possible top re-book a private transfer which will take you directly from the airport to the hostel in 1 hour.

By train: From Central Station in Naples the local railway service (Circumvesuviana) departs for Sorrento station every 20-30 minutes. Sorrento is the last stop on the line.

The journey takes approximately 70 minutes. Along your journey you will see the stop for Pompeii Ruins, the nearest station to the archaeological site.

From the train stop you can reach the Hostel by walk choosing two way:

From the main road of Sorrento: “Corso Italia”: go down below in the Piazza Tasso and then walk for 800 meters (along the main road “Corso Italia”) until you reach the crossroads with Via del Capo. Once there, take the stairs going down to Via del Mare and continue for about 15 meters. The Hostel is located after the Ulisse car parking on the left.

From “Via degli Aranci” road: once you arrive in Sorrento train station turn on the left and take the stairs that go on Via degli Aranci. Walk for 500m until you reach the crossroads with Via del Capo and turn right and again the next right for “Via del Mare”. Just 10 mt after the Ulisse parking you will find the Ulisse Deluxe Hostel on your left.

It is also possible to book a taxi from the train station in Naples to the Hostel by request the transfer from our reception.

By car: From the motorway A3 Napoli-Pompei-Salerno, after 25km take the Castellammare di Stabia exit and follow the signs for Sorrento. Upon your arrival in Sorrento continue on to Via degli Aranci. After 500m, you will find a crossroads with Via del Capo; from here turn right and then take the next right on “Via del Mare”. Just 15 mt from the Ulisse parking lot you will find the Ulisse Deluxe Hostel on your left.

By hydrofoil: sailings year round with departure from Molo Beverello port in Naples to Marina Piccola port in Sorrento. The port in Sorrento is located 1km from the Hostel.

By taxi: You can book a taxi directly calling our reception or sending us an e-mail . We can arrange a transfer service to and from the main airport, port and railway of the area.
