Also the city of Sorrento has a full calendar of Christmas events which embrace art, music and shows, in particular do not miss the unique “Ciuccio di Fuoco” (fake donkey on fire) which takes place on Christmas night and the Zeppolata ( a special Christmas cake) festival which is held in Sorrento’s historical centre.
